1. You must not

- Share your account, or attempt to bypass sign-in, membership, or other access controls.
- Probe, scan, or test the security of the Service, or defeat authentication, rate-limiting or audit measures.
- Introduce malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, server or data.
- Scrape or harvest content or personal data by automated means without our consent.
- Use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, or send spam.
- Post or transmit content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or infringes intellectual property (for example, via the support form).
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, its infrastructure, or other users' enjoyment of it.
- Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others.
2. Fair use of support
Our support channel is for genuine help requests. Please don't use it to send abusive messages, advertising, or automated submissions.
3. Security research
We welcome responsible disclosure. If you believe you've found a vulnerability, please email [security@theactiontaker.co.uk] rather than exploiting or publicising it, and give us reasonable time to fix it.
4. Enforcement
If you breach this policy we may remove content, restrict or suspend access, close your account, and where appropriate report the matter to the authorities. We keep an internal audit log of security-relevant actions to help us investigate abuse.
