5. Sharing your data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with processors and partners that help us run the Service, under contract and only as needed:

6. How long we keep it

We keep account and transaction data for as long as your account is active and then as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes (generally up to 6 years for financial records). We respond to rights requests within one month. If you're unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the ICO at ico.org.uk or 0303 123 1113.

8. Security

We protect your data with measures including: passwords stored only as salted bcrypt hashes; two-factor authentication on sign-in; automatic lockout after repeated failed logins; encrypted connections (HTTPS/HSTS); a strict Content-Security-Policy; verified payment webhooks; and an internal audit log of sensitive actions. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the ICO of any breach where the law requires.

The Service is intended for users aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
